Do you cater for couple/group treatments at the same time?

Unfortunately only single treatment can be done at any one time.

Can you customise a treatment for my skin type?

All our services can be customised to create a bespoke package especially for you. We particularly suggest clients try our popular Omnilux Light Therapy durning their facial treatment – the anti-aging results are visible straight away.

What do I need to know as a new client?

We appreciate if you could come in 15 minutes early to fill out a consultation form and go through any skin concerns with us. This will also ensure you have enough time to complete your treatment.

What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

Please feel free to email us or use our online contact form for bookings outside 48 hours. If you are cancelling or changing a booking within 48 hours, please call us on (02) 8319 0444. We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment.

Do you charge cancellation fees?

If you don’t show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, we may charge you a fee of 50% of the cost of your service, at our discretion.

Do I need to confirm my booking?

You will get a text 24 hours before your booking asking for confirmation of your treatment.

Where can I park?

There are several parking stations near by, including Secure Parking stations at the Hilton Sydney at 259 Pitt Street and the Rialto Square on 329 Pitt Street and the car park at Sheraton on the Park at 138 Castlereagh Street. 

What should I do to prepare for and maintain my spray tan?

To ensure an even, long-lasting tan, it’s best to exfoliate 24 hours before your treatment to help remove dead-skin cells and any product from your skin and to ensure the tanning product absorbs evenly. Wax or shave 8-24 hours before, as it's not advised to do so afterwards.

We suggest you wear loose, black clothing to prevent staining and limit transference. You can shower after your tan has developed (at least 6 hours, or 3 hours for an express tan). To make your tan last, moisturise regularly, avoid long hot showers or baths and pat skin dry afterwards. Avoid spending a long time swimming in pools or salt water and using products with AHA or glycolic acid.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?

We can either mail your recipient a beautiful gift certificate for a select range of our most popular treatments or email you a digital version which you can then forward on. The recipient can always modify their gift and put the value of a treatment towards any customised package.

Choose your delivery option when adding gifts to your cart, and specify the name and address of the recipient in the shipping address section should you choose the mailing option. We will use the shipping details for the recipient’s name and address and print your name on the physical certificate or, if you choose the Email purchaser option, we will email you a digital version for you to share, without including the recipient’s or your name.

Please allow at five business days from ordering for fulfilment and mail delivery to avoid any disappointment.

Can I use the wet facilities on the premises?

As part of all packages, clients are entitled to complimentary use of the jacuzzi, pool, steam room and sauna onsite, so we welcome you to come in an hour early to enjoy the facilities. We will provide you with robes, towels and slippers, and there are showers with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lockers, and hairdryers.
